Cleveland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC. is seeking PRN staff to join their therapy team in Cleveland, MS.

Currently Seeking:

Physical Therapists

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accredited PT program.
• Current State PT license in good standing.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation facilities.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in accredited PTA program.
• Current State PTA license in good standing.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation facilities.

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher in accredited OTA program.
• Current OTA license in good standing.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation facilities
