The Maven Group's client is searching for a Senior Network Engineer to join their team in Annapolis Junction, MD.
The program requires a TS/SCI with a Full-Scope Polygraph. This is a direct-hire opportunity and the chosen candidate will have access to strong benefits including three different health care plans, co-matching 401k, PTO, a professional development program, and more!
Responsibilities Include:
- Router/switch/firewall configuration
- Build, maintain, and develop enhancements for a complex set of IT systems
- Plan and design network components/configurations
- Streamline network operations
- Monitor and correct network issues
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of network documentation
- Provide enterprise network support
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field and at least 8 years of related experience.
- Experience with hardware/software from Cisco Systems
- Experience providing direct assistance to users
- Experience with various vendor networking products (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.)
