Job Summary:
As an Entry Level Technician at Waynesboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Waynesboro, Georgia, you will be responsible for performing basic automotive maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles. This is a full-time hourly position in the auto industry, requiring skilled labor and contractor experience. This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Service Manager. The compensation for this position is $14 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic automotive maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Assist with diagnosing and repairing minor vehicle issues, including engine, brake, and electrical problems
- Follow established procedures for performing repairs and maintenance tasks on vehicles
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and other technicians to ensure safe and efficient repairs
- Keep work area clean and organized, following all safety guidelines and regulations
- Attend training sessions as required to stay up-to-date on new technology and automotive advancements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to follow safety regulations and protocols
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
