At Tulsa Honor Academy (THA), we are on a mission to equip all scholars with the academic skills, content knowledge, and ethical character required for college graduation and life success.

We believe ALL scholars, regardless of race, background, income or ability, can achieve at high levels. We work relentlessly to ensure 100% of scholars are on a path to go to and graduate from a college of their choice, beginning in the fifth grade. 

Opening our doors in 2015 with 92 fifth grade scholars, THA will grow to serve over 1,300 scholars in grades 5-12 across our two campuses in the 2024-2025 academic year.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

The  Operations Coordinator executes a variety of logistical and operational systems necessary for school or network operations. The Operations Coordinator is a highly self-motivated professional capable of envisioning and enacting systems from both macro and granular perspectives.

Core Responsibilities

Core responsibilities vary, based on role.  Examples are below:

School Operations Coordinator/Associate-Internal

-Scholar Attendance: The Operations Coordinator/Associate ensures the school meets its attendance goals, including scholar and staff communication and  attendance tracking.

- Scholar Data: The Operations Coordinator ensures that scholar data, including enrollment data, excuse notes, etc., is accurate in all physical and electronic locations.

-Family Engagement and Communication: The Operations Coordinator/Associate works closely with school staff to ensure that our cultural keystone of Parents are our Partners is lived out through family engagement and communication.

-General Office Management: The Operations Coordinator/Associate generally manages the office, including medical needs, cleanliness, visitor management, and more.

School Operations Coordinator/Associate-External

-Data Management: The Operations Coordinator/Associate ensures that a variety of data is accurate and accessible, including meal tracking and asset management.

-Resource Management: The Operations Coordinator/Associate enables effective use of resources, including ensuring the resource room is stocked, tracking assets, including loaner computers, maintaining accurate uniform inventories, and cash tracking.

-Facilities Support: The Operations Coordinator/Associate maintains THA’s crisp standards across the facility, supporting with setting expectations, managing walkthroughs, and completing repair needs.

Qualifications/Certifications

-Excellent verbal and written skills 

-Highly organized

-Spanish proficiency required

Experience

-Charter school experience highly preferred

Compensation and Benefits 

-Compensation for Operations Associates begins at $11/hour. Compensation for Operations Coordinator begins at $36,000/year. Compensation is commensurate with full-time, K-12 experience in accredited schools.

Role

-Reports to and is held accountable by the school’s Assistant Principal of Operations.

-The role is year round (12 months), full-time.
