What’s your day-to-day look like?

  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders with the utmost compassion, integrity, and commitment to excellence

  • Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients

  • Create and update individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances

  • Make recommendations/referrals to specialists as necessary

  • Maintain thorough notes of client interactions and adhere to strict confidentiality standards

  • Accept a variety of insurances

  • Attend team meetings and clinical consultative meetings

  • Work with a variety of clients including individuals, couples, families, and groups within your skill-set and scope of practice

  • Collaborate in the most effective possible ways with your clients using empirically supported treatment models and outcome measures to enhance outcomes and the therapeutic relationship

  • Make referrals to appropriate lines of service based on the client’s needs, both in-house and out. (Psychological testing, Medication Management, TMS, Spravato, MAT)

What experience and qualifications are we looking for?

  • Must be a fully licensed clinical mental health therapist or have a temporary license in one of the following disciplines: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LMSW, LMHC-t, or LMFT-t

  • Must maintain knowledge of the latest treatment modalities and Evidenced-Based Models

  • Must take initiative, demonstrate sound judgment, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization & time management skills
