Summary Description:

Links Global seeks a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with extensive experience in marketing communications, particularly in substance use and mental health initiatives. The Project Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of marketing communication services contracts, ensuring successful project execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing complex projects, working with federal agencies or organizations in the substance use and mental health field, and effectively communicating with diverse audiences. This position offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting public awareness, education, and outreach efforts to promote emotional health, prevent substance abuse, and increase access to effective treatment.
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of project management experience in marketing communications, with a focus on substance use and mental health initiatives.
  • Proven experience working with federal agencies or organizations working in the substance use and mental health field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse and complex marketing communications projects with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, data-driven optimization, digital marketing, social marketing, and outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans aligned with project objectives and client's mission.
  • Oversee the development of marketing communication materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and are culturally and linguistically appropriate for diverse audiences.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on project status and performance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, content creators, and designers to develop impactful marketing materials.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination.
