Registered Nurse / RN

Resilient Healthcare is currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Innovative Healthcare Delivery System team. This person is responsible for providing in-home care to patients across the spectrum of acuity. The nurse will perform infusions, wound care, and provide other skilled services to the patient as ordered by a physician or APP. Our healthcare delivery system combines virtual and in-person care, utilizing Resilient technology to better enhance and streamline the experience for both the patient and the clinician.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills to assist with physician and interdisciplinary team member communications. The candidate will also embrace a new healthcare delivery system that will work to improve the overall availability of healthcare services. The Registered Nurse will:

  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care
  • Perform diagnostic tests and physical examinations
  • Monitor patients’ health
  • Document appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support
  • Properly and safely operate medical equipment
  • Educate and advocate for the patients
  • Help to maintain inventory of supplies
  • Take initiative and make independent decisions when required.
  • Accept direction and requests from patients or physicians.
  • Be qualified and confident to act swiftly in emergencies and work efficiently.
  • Embrace flexibility and patience to work in a variety of living environments.

Requirements:

  • A current license to practice nursing in the state required
  • A minimum of one year of recent nursing experience
  • Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and vehicular insurance
