Location: Synergy Medaesthetics (Mobile, AL)
The ideal Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is experienced, hardworking, and passionate about the industry, they should be looking to expand in a team-oriented environment! Must have effective interpersonal skills and a high standard of professionalism. With a dedicated team full of knowledge and experience, we want to cultivate an environment our customers can trust.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing them with information and support throughout their treatment journey
- Coordinate patient care activities, including scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and coordinating with healthcare providers
- Ensure that patient medical records are accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to healthcare providers and family members
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, and connect them with appropriate resources as needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations
- Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology practice.
- Must have the ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to create the plan of action to obtain the goals independently.
- Professional experience and attitude with the ability to relate well with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
- Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills
- Must have the ability to handle confidentiality issues.
- Dedicated to vision and practice goals.
- School diploma or equivalent required
