We are now seeking an energetic Auction Office Clerk to join our growing team.
In this role, the qualified candidate will provide exemplary customer service to our clients and internal business partners, process paperwork generated during our weekly auction sale in a timely, organized manner and provide general administrative support to the sales department. You will also accurately input information into spreadsheets and other documents, and service calls from internal and external customers, as needed. This person must be a team player, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to accuracy and detail and always represent UAX in a professional manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential dealers
- Print consignor tickets and auction catalogues prior to sale
- Answer incoming calls and route calls to appropriate departments
- Collect monies for vehicle purchase(s) during sale and issue receipts
- Enter data into auction software
- File dealer paperwork

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive industry is a plus
- Previous cash handling/account receivables experience preferred
- Minimum one-year customer service experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with a spreadsheet is a plus
- The ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A great work attitude, work ethic, and team player
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
