Our client, a rapidly growing and unique insurance organization and one of the fastest-growing insurance brokers in the U.S., is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team.
As the Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing a high-volume generalist book of insurance business.

Responsibilities
  • Building positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and advocacy.
  • Providing excellent service and ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the insurance markets, underwriting guidelines, submission procedures, and company products.
  • Reviewing all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborating with the department manager to coordinate expiration lists and gather renewal business information.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 3+ Years of experience
  • Property & Casualty License required
  • Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Applied/Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred.
