Job Description
Account Recovery Specialists, Inc. (ARSI®), a comprehensive receivables management company, incorporated in Kansas, serving clients locally and nationwide, is seeking an energetic and organized Attorney to join our team, experience is preferred, however licensing is not required upon application or hire, but must be obtained within 6 months. ARSI® offers paid time off to study for the bar exam for those not yet licensed.
ARSI® is an award-winning company and offers attorneys a broad range of experience in civil litigation, from determining when to recommend suits to post-judgment executions in multiple jurisdictions.
The primary duties encompass, but are not restricted to:
Advocating for creditors with accounts placed in ARSI® during their civil collection proceedings, through drafting pleadings and appearing in court for hearings that range from large dockets to individualized cases.
Effectively utilizing the ARSI® process and systems to manage case handling.
Compliance with all rules and regulations, while communicating efficiently.
Providing assistance as needed with internal affairs, including corporate legal issues and advisory opinions.
