Process Engineer

What you'll do:

• Develop, analyze, and manage manufacturing processes.

• Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems.

• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers.

• Implement process improvements to reduce product lead times and costs.

• Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.

• Develop innovative solutions and leverage new technologies to enhance production quality and capacity.

What is required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience in process engineering, preferably within the automotive industry.

• Demonstrable knowledge in process design, development, and optimization.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Proficient with statistical analysis and process control techniques.

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
