- đ Join our Catlettsburg Team: Seeking dedicated Home Infusion Registered Nurses to provide quality, in-home care in Catlettsburg, KY.
Role and Responsibilities:
- đĄ Offer exceptional in-home infusion therapy, focusing on individualized patient care.
- đ Administer a range of infusion treatments, including IVIG, antibiotics, and more.
- đ Continuously assess and monitor patient conditions, tailoring care plans accordingly.
- đ Accurately document treatment activities in EMR, adhering to all healthcare standards.
- đ¤ Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- 𧰠Skillfully manage and maintain infusion equipment, maintaining high standards of care.
- đ Educate patients and families about infusion treatments and health management.
Qualifications:
- đ RN degree with significant infusion experience or experience as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
- đ Valid RN license in Kentucky.
- â¤ī¸ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- đ Ability and willingness to travel locally around Catlettsburg.
- đģ Proficient in using EMR and other healthcare software.
