Patient Support Specialist

Location: Layton, UT

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer care and support while developing trust and rapport. 
  • Administer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatments – don’t worry, we will train you! 
  • Educate customers about maintaining healthy lifestyles. 
  • Maintain communication with providers regarding patient’s treatment. 
  • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.  

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job: Full-time (7.5-hour shift)
