New Job Opportunity - Division Director (Sales/Business Development) 

New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of Rockville, MD. Looking to hire an experienced Division Director with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience serving as a project director or other related operational management role. Experience in the federal sector will be required as well. 

Most of the time you will be expected to sell - Experience with clients at NIH, CMS, FDA, SAMHSA, or other agencies - Non cleared agency sales

Looking for a CMS Expert - Strong management and relationship building, BD experience.

Logistics of the Role:

  • Full Time - Direct Hire 
  • Hybrid Remote: 2 days a week on site 
  • Compensation is dependent on experience (Around 200k) - Bonus structure - Will get percentage of deals closed as well
Day to Day Activities:
  • Sales Leadership: Spearhead sales initiatives by being the principal contact for sales, prospecting, and client acquisition. 
  • Leverage an understanding of customer needs to assist with prospecting and qualifying potential buyers
  • Operational Management: Contribute to the company’s operational rhythm, ensuring resources like staffing and equipment are coordinated effectively. 
  • Client Satisfaction Oversight: Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Provide day to day operational oversight

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business Admin related field is Required 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations management serving as a division director, project director, or other related role
  • Experience supporting CMS as a professional services contractor
  • Business development experience in the federal sector 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
