Foundry Maintenance Manager

Role Summary:
The Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance activities for equipment, facilities, and infrastructure in the foundry. They will communicate with upper management, peers, contractors, and technicians to ensure maintenance goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the current workforce skillset and implement a maintenance training program.
• Collaborate with engineers, partners, and suppliers to meet business goals within budget demands.
• Construct an efficient facility maintenance team and conduct training sessions for quality performance.
• Assess the operation's effectiveness with current utilities and equipment, providing solutions to challenges and risks.
• Oversee inspections, repairs, and updates of facilities and relevant operational activities.

Degree Requirement:
Engineering Degree
 

Candidate Details:

• Experience: 7+ to 10 years
• Seniority Level: Mid-Senior
• Management Experience Required: No
• Minimum Education: Associate's Degree
• Willingness to Travel: Occasionally
