Remedy Engineer/Admin - General Application

Gunnison is seeking well-qualified, motivated Remedy Engineers and Admins to support our government customers. Apply today and we will be in touch!

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Support BMC Remedy operations and maintenance projects.
• Troubleshoot incidents and problems with the Remedy System as needed.
• Perform foundation data updates following established procedures.
• Perform patching and deployments.
• Support the implementation of system enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of relevant experience
• Hand-on experience supporting Remedy development and/or administration
• ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification preferred
• BMC Certified Associate (Remedy/Helix) preferred

Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree required (equivalent experience may be substituted)

Clearance Requirement: Active clearance Secret or above
