Senior New Patient Coordinator - Drive Patient Growth!

Our thriving, fee-for-service practice is seeking an experienced Senior New Patient Coordinator to be the first friendly voice welcoming new patients and fueling our growth. You will play a pivotal role in helping us increase our total number of active patients.

You'll Offer:

• Proven expertise in building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a patient coordinator, marketing, or sales role (dental experience is required)
• A strategic mindset with the ability to expand our reach and further the practice's mission
• Results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting goals
• Warm, friendly demeanor to make new patients feel at home
  
• Eagerness to collaborate with the team for a seamless new patient experiences
• Willingness to become proficient with computers and an openness to learning new software for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing marketing efforts
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a keen ability to identify customer motivations
• Expertise in discussing patient finances and engaging in sales conversations
• Results-driven attitude with a passion for winning and delivering value
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and text
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
• Extensive dental assistant experience preferred

• Passionate enthusiasm for following up with patients that need dental care within 24-48 hours through multi-channel outreach and expert follow-up
• Strong multi-tasking skills that can handling 200 new patient leads a month
• Build strong relationships by connecting with potential patients, understanding motivations, and compellingly communicating our value
• Meticulous attention to detail in collecting and recording patient information
• Strategically expand our reach and spearhead opportunities for new patient acquisition
• Leverage exceptional communication abilities to inspire and convert leads across channels
• Expertly navigate treatment cost discussions and financial arrangements to reassure patients
• Rigorously report marketing activities, analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and optimize conversion metrics
• Embody a passion for achieving ambitious targets and creating win-win patient experiences
