As a vital member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for a range of crucial tasks under the direct supervision of our attending doctor, making a positive impact on our patients’ oral health. You will contribute directly to the seamless operations of our dental practice and ensure a high-level of patient care and customer service at all times.This position is Part-Time for Mondays, Wednesdays, and (2) Saturday's a month. This position requires an individual to be available for an on-call schedule.

Essential Functions
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, office admin/management, and treatment coordinators to drive patient care and a high level of customer service at all times
  • Perform sterilization and disinfection procedures in accordance with established guidelines
  • Prepare dental equipment and instrumentation in accordance with established regulations and guidelines
  • Document and ensure timely delivery of lab cases with attention to detail
  • Perform basic dental lab duties including the fabrication of Essix retainers
  • Assist with the preparation of patient care areas including patient seating and dismissal
  • Capture diagnostic records including x-rays, scans and photos as prescribed by a licensed dentist
  • Assist Clinical Assistants
  • Remain current by completing assigned educational courses in a timely manner
  • Embrace a flexible approach by handling miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

We have several options for our Dental Assistants in PA, as outlined below. Please note the quoted pay scale may representative of our RDA position, and you may fall within a different pay range based on qualifications and experience.

  • Dental Assistant w/ Radiography
    • Completed 3hrs of training in child abuse recognition and reporting
    • Have passed the DANB RHS exam
  • Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
    • EFDA certified by PA Board of Dentistry
  • Foreign Dentist Dental Assistant
    • Graduated with degree in Dentistry from a foreign university
