JOB TITLE : Ministry Coordinator
LOCATION : Hill, Air Force Base, Utah 84056
DUTIES :
- Plan monthly events – trips, sporting events, recreational adventures, and community service projects.
- Provide an annual retreat for dorm residents and Airmen population.
- Develop an annual calendar of trips, sporting events, retreats, leadership and spiritual development opportunities, and recreational adventures.
- Serve as a Program Leader empowered to purchase items after appropriate coordination with Chaplain Corps staff.
- Submit required documentation to identify program resources and requirements to ensure the appropriate funding source is utilized.
- Encourage Airmen to consistently participate in a community of faith, through the Chapel events.
- Be responsible for keys provided (keys shall not be duplicated).
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Have two years of leadership experience administering and running an Airmen Ministries program.
- At least two years of experience that demonstrates an understanding and expertise of the unique ministry to young adults.
- Be able to work within a military structure and environment.
