We are looking for a career-oriented Site Manager/Installer to join our team of focused energy savings professionals.
Energy Dynamics is a hands-on team with the mission to harness cutting-edge technology solutions to conserve energy, reduce pollution and improve your quality of life. Since being established in 2010, we have completed 2,000 comprehensive energy audits and LED lighting installations at commercial buildings, faith-based facilities, schools, and multi-family facilities. Our installations utilize energy saving measures that qualify for extensive rebate programs from Federal, State, Local Governments and Utility companies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- On-site Management of Electrical Sub-Contractors
- Providing direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable
- Installation of Interior & Exterior LED Lighting Retro-Fits.
- Speaking with the customer to upsell other products
- Provide customer with system orientation as applicable
- Proper care and operation of company vehicles
- Ensuring there are proper inventory levels
- Clean up of all areas affected by the installation
- Speaking with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services available
- Perform LED Lighting Audits for Prospective Clients
- Has a driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)
- Has a form of reliable transportation
- Enjoys interacting with customers with respect and integrity
- Above-average technical ability
- Attention to detail and respect for our customer's property
- Systematic in their approach
- Proactive, problem solver
- Strong sense of pride and integrity in work product
- High school diploma or GED.
- MD Journeymen Electrician License Preferred
- Ideal candidate should have varied computer experience
