Patient Support Specialist
Location: Superior, CO
Job Type: Full-time
Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Patient Support Specialist to join our team and support our mission by helping patients take back their lives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatment, and establishing strong connections with patients while providing support. Additionally, this position involves maintaining open communication with our healthcare providers and diligently monitoring patient symptoms.
Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

Other Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient care and support while developing trust and rapport.
- Administer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatments.
- Communicate and educate our patients about maintaining healthy lifestyles.
- Maintain communication with providers regarding patient’s treatment.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Full-time (7.5 hours shift).
- The standard working hours for this position are from 1:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
