We have open LPN positions Full Time - Part Time - PRN in an Assisted Living Facility. 

Full time position is day shift $25/hour depending on experience

LPN Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in OH

  • Successful completion of the screening tests
