BASIC POSITION DUTIES:

 

Plan & execute routine maintenance, preventive & predictive activities to avoid equipment shutdowns. Provide directions to Support Associates to execute equipment fix in safely, quality manner. Provide feedback to Maintenance Supervisors and Operations team on the daily breakdowns to improve job plans.

 

JOB DUTIES:

 

  • Proactively work to improve equipment uptimes and efficiencies.      
  • Supervise and assist maintenance personnel on weekends when Maintenance Supervisors are not present.
  • Receive assignments in the form of objectives & determines how to use resources to meet demand.
  • Provide oversight and priority of resources to Support Associates to ensure to safest, best quality and efficiency of equipment, repair parts and supplies.
  • Additional responsibilities as required - this position is subject to change as the needs of the department change.

 

SPECIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 

  • A technical degree is preferred in industrial maintenance.
  • Four years shop floor experience in a manufacturing environment including leadership assignments.
  • Some maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
