About the Role

We are looking for a responsible Store Manager to help oversee and operate our Miami retail location. Our Store Manager will oversee the team and model best practices such as sharing the LWP brand story, providing personalized recommendations and guiding each customer through their shopping experience in-store. The Store Manager will lead the store team's scheduling, people management, performance management, and talent acquisition. Additionally, this Store Manager will have a special focus on store marketing, including; organizing in-store events, lead clienteling, and capturing in-store content.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the location's success and supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Work with the Regional Manager to ensure the store team meets its efficiency and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage in-store beading table appointments and parties
  • Facilitate in-store birthday parties and other special events
  • Fulfill in-store custom orders by beading bracelets and contacting customers when complete
  • Train, coach, and support new and existing Sales Associates
  • Navigate change and effectively guide others in the dynamic retail environment
  • Open and close the store independently
  • Manage the creation and distribution of store schedule (in partnership with the Regional Manager)
  • Lead the team for operational tasks such as inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory and communicate product needs to the Regional Manager
  • Independently create and distribute the store schedule based on business needs and guest traffic
  • Performance management, including administration of development plans, performance reviews, constructive feedback, and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to identify staffing needs and partake in the recruitment process
  • Organize team-building activities and events

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute in-store events/activations and activations to enhance customer experience
  • Implement clienteling techniques to build strong relationships with customers
  • Generate creative and engaging social media content that aligns with the brand identity
  • Develop and nurture relationships with brand ambassadors/local influencers, leveraging their influence to enhance brand awareness

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years' of retail leadership or relevant management experience
  • 5+ years' of customer service industry experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative outlook- in terms of the beading table and capturing content
  • Experience in retail marketing, including clienteling and events
  • Familiarity with social media and trends
  • Experience with CRM systems (Endear is a plus)
  • Proven experience in people management, preferably in a retail environment
  • Experience in attracting, developing, and motivating top talent
  • Experience in developing collaborative relationships and influencing teams
  • Manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
