Position: Kitchen Manager

Job Description: As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all back-of-house operations in the restaurant. Your main focus will be ensuring guest satisfaction, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing back-of-house employees, as well as ensuring food safety, quality, and execution. Other responsibilities include inventory management, order preparation and receipt, and daily monitoring of prep production.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Kitchen Manager in a high-volume environment
