Fulltime dayshift hours

Compensation: $18-$23/hr based on experience 

Hydraulic Technician Role Purpose

The purpose of a Hydraulic Technician is to provide technical assistance and support in the maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems. This may involve fault-finding, testing, inspection and maintenance activities, as well as the installation and commissioning of new systems. A Hydraulic Technician will also provide technical advice and assistance to other members of the engineering team, as well as monitoring and controlling the quality of the hydraulic systems.

 

 

Hydraulic Technician Duties
  • Inspect, maintain and repair hydraulic systems and components
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on hydraulic systems
  • Install new hydraulic systems and components
  • Perform tests on hydraulic components and systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of hydraulic systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in hydraulic systems
  • Keep up to date with advances in hydraulic engineering
  • Document work carried out and maintain records
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
