Accounts Payable Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Our client,Cadillac MI is seeking an Accounts payable specialist to join their team.  The Accounts Specialist will be responsible for various financial tasks, including payroll processing, cash flow analysis, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Pay Range: $16.

What’s the Job?
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor and manage the company's financial resources
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare financial reports and statements for management review

Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
Experience with bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and account reconciliation
Familiarity with debit/credit transactions and financial statement preparation
Understanding of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
