Job Description Summary
Under the supervision of the Team Nurse Manager the Team Leader will be involved in daily operations of the team, including staff education, supervisory visits, special projects as well as acting Nurse Manager when the Nurse Manager is out sick or on vacation. The Team Leader will work in collaboration with the Nurse Manager on productivity and HHRG management as well as Quality of Care issues identified by PIE. Team Leaders will also continue to make visits in the community based on time and need. The Team Leader will assist in the promotion of quality of care in the field as well as documentation in the medical record. The Team Leader will be a resource to all members of the team.
