DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
• Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchases
• Create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
• Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
• Follow-up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
• Report to work promptly and neatly groomed

QUALIFICATIONS

• No experience necessary
• Enthusiastic and approachable
• Driven and self-motivated
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Proficient with computers, emails, phones and the internet
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in's and out's, eager to improve
• Applicants must be highly motivated and possess the ability to establish customers for life
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends (40 Hr. weeks)
• Must be at least 21 years old
