Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle incoming calls and walk-in inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must.
• Reliable Transportation and punctual to work every day.
• Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.
