Job Description
WARDROBE ADVISOR - WASHINGTON, DC
Founded in 2008, My client is a Philadelphia-based wardrobe agency that specializes in providing style advice, creating custom clothing and delivering both in a private, experiential way. My client clothing is proudly made in the United States.
With additional locations in Washington DC, Atlanta and Pittsburgh, My client serves clients with a strong sense of personal style, a discerning eye for fit, and an appreciation for quality. Our clients seek a refined and elevated image that balances uniqueness with subtle details.
My client prioritizes the collective good of our employees, which is manifested in our company culture and benefits.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time role for a Wardrobe Advisor at My client, a position that focuses on custom clothing sales. We're looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong network who is eager to expand their client base. As a Wardrobe Advisor, you'll be responsible for selling custom garments to both existing and new clients. We're seeking someone who is outgoing, a great communicator, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate should have experience in assisting clients with choosing and designing custom garments. Additionally, they should be skilled in providing top-notch wardrobe editing, styling, and fitting services, including garment chalking and pinning.
A successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a keen eye for fashion trends. They should be able to work independently but also collaborate effectively with our design and production teams. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering personalized styling advice are essential. This role offers the opportunity to grow within the company and make a significant impact on our clients' experience.
We are seeking a dynamic custom clothing salesperson who is proactive in identifying new clients, not content to simply wait for business to come to them. The ideal candidate will possess a relentless drive to seek out new opportunities and expand our client base. If you thrive on the idea of cultivating new business relationships, we want to hear from you.
