We are a fully-certified general contractor operating out of St. Augustine, FL. We have continuous general liability coverage and provide an array of contractor services within Northeast Florida including St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, and surrounding areas. Our Services include: Exterior Construction & Repairs, Roofing, Stucco Restoration & Repairs, Balconies, Decks & Dune Walkovers, Masonry & Concrete, Waterproofing & Painting, Interior, Remodel Siding, Windows & Doors, and Chinese Drywall Remediation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing estimates and bids on construction projects within Northeast Florida. The Estimator will also be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. The Estimator will be expected to communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure accurate and timely pricing.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and labor practices

• Experience in construction estimating, budgeting, and proposals

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications

• Strong math and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant estimation software

• Experience in the construction industry is preferred
