Customer Service Representative / Scheduler (14-16 $/hr) - Join Our Positive Team!
Do you enjoy helping others and have a knack for keeping things organized?

We're looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative/Scheduler to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
Maintain accurate records and paperwork
Contribute to a positive and organized team environment
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A positive attitude and a smile on your face!
