As the Manager Histopathology, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all activities within the pathology department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of tissue samples for diagnostic and research purposes. You will oversee a specialist, and be a mentor for the Laboratory department through fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to quality standards. 

Ideally the Manager of Histopathology will have a Pathology background working as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Technologist, Histotechnologist, or Cytotechnologist within a hospital setting. The Manager Histopathology should hold their bachelor's degree along with their ASCP certification.
