We are currently looking for a Clinical Manager to join our Access Center team. The position would be responsible for
providing clinical oversight and supervising the services provided by the Access Center department.

Responsibilities:
Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
Provides clinical oversight to the Access Center staff
Enters clinical communication note in all referrals received in the Access Center
Provides direction and leadership to the Access Center staff on a regular basis
Collaborates with internal and external individuals and groups
Supervises staff in conjunction with the organization’s managerial/leadership practices
Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position
Qualifications:
Licensed RN; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
2-3 years of community health nursing experience preferred; supervisory experience a plus
Strong computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment within a fast paced call center with heavy phone and computer use
