A Day in the Life:

• Our Jr. Stylists begin with an 8-month training program, taking their education to the next level.
• PENZONE Jr. Stylists receive a combination of weekly hands-on and classroom training from our Director of Education and in-house trainers.
• During the training program, you'll shadow for a variety of our Senior Directors at all our salon locations.
• You'll have the opportunity to work on live models weekly.
• Once the 8-month training program is complete, you'll select where you'd like to begin your career as a Stylist Hair Artist.
• Our artists are provided opportunities for promotion and advancement through our four different levels (Stylist, Designer, Director + Senior Director).

Qualifications:

• A full-time flexible schedule is required
• Ability to travel between all of our Columbus area locations
• Valid Cosmetology License or Work Permit
