  • Perform regular product quality checks and lab tests, record data, and report deviations to shift supervisor or leadership
  • Consult with team members and make ongoing adjustments to systems, as needed, to ensure production and quality goals are met
  • Ensure all work is done in compliance with ISO 9001, EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety rules and regulations

  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures to comply with health and safety standards

Location: Maryville, Missouri (in-facility only, remote not available)

Schedule: Full-time, 8 hour shifts, 3PM-11PM

Pay Range: $16-20/hour

  • Service awards and performance-based incentives
  • The ability to make a lasting, positive impact on our environment while working with an engaged team in a supportive working environment.

Work Conditions:

The manufacturing plant environment may be hot, noisy, and/or dirty with carbon black at times. Manufacturing operation is a chemical process. Product streams include a carbon black stream, a liquid hydrocarbon oil stream, and a hydrocarbon vapor stream. Process equipment will be installed indoors and outdoors and will be at different levels. Access to this equipment will be via stairways and/or ladders. Safety glasses with side shields, safety shoes, hearing protection, and at times a dust respirator will be required in manufacturing areas.
