Dealer Support Bilingual Spanish

POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating effectively with the Origination team and any other internal partners. Provide an outstanding experience for dealers.
• Maintain an efficient call process that meets department productivity standards.
• Assist with the preparation of deal packaging by educating the dealer on our requirements.
• Provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for approval.
• Receive dealer phone calls to facilitate the verification and sales process.
• Identifying deals in funding that have not been touched by the verification team.
• Responsible for collecting, clearing, uploading, and documenting missing stipulations by working with the dealer while gathering and updating the Pending Queue.
• Responsible for notifying DRM regarding missing customer and employer interviews.
• Achieve volume objectives and performance targets.

• Possess a strong sense of urgency, time management skills and drive for excellence.
• Possess a high level of attention to detail to ensure all loan applications are accurately processed.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships internally, so we can better service our customers externally.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school graduate/GED required. College degree in business, finance or another related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a loan processing, banking or funding role proffered.
• Previous experience working in the automobile or consumer finance industry preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish
• Saturday availability (will have a day off during the week)

PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to sit in sedentary position for extended periods of time

PAY: $23/hr +benefits.
