We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Hyperscale Sales Director with a history of business development and active selling to the Hyperscale market segment. Qualities we are seeking include: established relationships, hunter approach, strategic negotiation skills, large deal identification and closure, partner mentality with internal groups as well as prospects and customers, familiarity in driving standard and non-standard deals. Full understanding on Hyperscale buying criteria and process.

Responsibilities
  • Drive profitable new sales and build strong prospect/customer relationships
  • Oversee the general approach to the Hyperscale market and build a program to establish incumbent status
  • Day to Day sales activities
  • Strategic deal identification and closure
  • Strategic negotiation skills that balance growth with appropriate margin contribution
  • Identify new products, services and network expansion opportunities consistent with strategic objectives, that satisfy customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain internal/external working relationships to support account activities and strategic objectives.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in business/marketing/engineering or related technical field or the equivalent in experience
  • 10+ years sales experience
  • 5+ years Hyperscale business development/sales experience
  • Knowledge of telecommunications competitive environment and pricing strategies, including familiarity with client base
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Valid driver's license

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $89,528 - $135,571
