Part time (8 to 12 hrs per week)
Responsibilities include:
- - confirming scope of work for renovation with owner
- -onboarding laborers
- - permitting and zoning
- - material and labor management
- - project scheduling and weekly reporting for budget and timeline
- - risk assessment

Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in the construction industry
- 21+ years or older
