Title of Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Assistant General Manager will have the responsibility for managing the daily operations and delivery of the customer promise, specified restaurant outcomes (sales, profitability, guest counts and Team Member engagement). Important responsibility areas include financial controls, operations, guest satisfaction, people development and compliance. The Restaurant Assistant General Manager in this position will oversee the restaurant’s P&L performance, will analyze monthly operating statements, and determine causes of variances, and manage operational expenses to maximize profit potential.

Qualifications:
· The Restaurant Assistant General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity
