Responsibilities:

• Review customer applications and making recommendations based upon your knowledge of product offering
• Apply product knowledge to troubleshoot application issues and helping to address quality issues when they arise
• Cross referencing competitive part numbers and solutions
• Be a technical advisor to customers, outside sales representatives and distributors

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain industry handling swinghandles, cam locks or hinges
• Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree preferably in a technical or engineering discipline
• 5 years of experience in Sales or Technical support
• Experience working within MS Dynamics and SalesForce is a plus
• MS Office experience (Excel and Outlook)
• Familiarity with Quality Systems, engineering documents and understanding of strengths, and potential points of failure
