Appointment Setter / Customer Service Phone Agent
Location: Troy, MI (HYBRID REMOTE) WORK FROM HOME
MONDAY + FRIDAY.
Starting Pay: $17.00 HR.
*After 90 days, Incentives kick in and you are making $20-22/hour(+)
Schedule: Must be available between 8am and 10pm M-F
and 8am and 8pm on weekends If needed. Must be able to work hours of operation.
Will never work more than an 8 hour shift.

Day to Day Duties:
- Speak to customers that are interested in setting up services with our company.
- No cold calling. Just setting appointments and explaining our services.
- Call Center atmosphere at the Headquarters. Cubicle Environment.
- Utilizing the computer system, data entry.
