JOB PURPOSE:

The Sponsor Deduplication Manager will provide operational oversight with the deduplication project, guiding its strategic direction and supervising the work of the Sponsor Deduplication Specialist. The manager's role is vital in ensuring personnel are minimizing sponsorship errors, removing any sponsorship duplicates, and aiding in the fight against potential human

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing the management and strategic direction of the deduplication project.
  • Build and lead rapid response teams when necessary to meet data entry and integrity requirements.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve data deduplication process and enhance efficiency.
  • Create reporting systems in accordance with contractual obligations and regulatory compliance measures of program contracts and/or grants.
  • Develop and maintain a cadence of impact reporting to Migrant Services Leadership team and Associate Director of Data & Technology.
  • Monitoring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to data privacy and protection.
  • Provide audit oversight of the large caseloads, complex datasets, and databases the specialist is working on while ensuring the quality and integrity of data.
  • Producing data reports for the Leadership team to track the project's ongoing progress.
  • Upholding confidentiality in all phases of data handling, whether gathering, documenting, consulting, or consolidating information.
  • Supervise a group of QA specialists that will be responsible for that team's QA standards and established practices.
  • Training and mentoring team members on best practices for data management and deduplication.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to data management and to leverage cross-functional insights for the project's success.
  • Using date systems, reduce inefficiencies and duplicate data entry in UC Portal.
  • Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma required. Associate degree in accounting, public health, non-profit management, or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in quality assurance or data analysis roles. 3+ years' experience developing outcomes metrics in human service programs. Minimum of one year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, or quality assurance or compliance.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.

LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record.

VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.

OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.

This is a remote position; however, personnel must be available and willing to travel to various locations including Pecos Children's Center with such frequency as the business need dictates. Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others
