- ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information
- Skill in using a computer and/or tablet
- Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
- Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds
