Administrative Assistant - Part-time

Description:

• Perform daily floor walks to ensure building cleanliness, organization, and proper working order
• Set up desks for new employees, maintain hoteling stations, and confirm employee seat assignments
• Support office relocations and escalate facilities situations as they arise to vendor
• Support workplace programs and seek opportunities for improvement
• Order supply inventory and spend in accordance with the allocated location budget and deliver employee supply and equipment requests
• Assist with shipping and receiving functions, including sorting mail, tracking delivery of inbound shipments, delivering mail to mail stations, processing outbound shipments, and sending package notifications to staff

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma
• Minimum one year experience in administration and/or customer service in an office setting
• Efficient, well-organized, able to effectively manage a variety of duties simultaneously
• Demonstrated strong skills in problem solving and quality client service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
