Protocol Auditor - Cleanroom - Now Hiring

We are looking for a Protocol Auditor to join the team! This position will monitor and coach clean room protocol procedures within the clean space.  Work successfully with fellow employees & contractors. Understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written. Explain procedures and expectations clearly to clean room personnel.  Perform duties to maintain a particle/impact free environment. No experience required; training will be provided.  

Responsibilities    

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
• Monitor and coach clean room protocol requirements within the clean space.
• Perform regular inspections of construction/vendor areas to ensure compliance.
• Coach contractors in appropriate behavior within the clean space.
• Keep regular notes and violation logs for record keeping purposes.
• Develop working relationships with field personnel in order to more effectively gain compliance.
• Talk with co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Assist in removal of abandoned construction materials as directed.
• Hang and update signage appropriate to position.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand critical nature of all clean spaces.

Qualifications    

• Prefer H.S. diploma or GED or equivalent training and experience.
• Experience in high tech/clean room fields a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service, problem solving, time management, planning, and excellent communication.
• Coaching and training skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Computer Skills.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers. 

Shifts: Modified Shift 1 Mon - Thur 6:00am - 4:30pm   

Compensation: $16.50 per hour
