We are currently seeking a Data Center logistics Associate to join our team in [[Quincy, [[Washington, [[united states.

Job Responsibilities:

The DC Logistics Associate is responsible for the day-to-day warehouse logistics activities of the data center. This is a customer (internal & external) facing role, gathering requirements, managing schedules, and ensuring SLA/OLA compliance.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Inventory and Asset management.
  • Inventory Audit and cycle counts.
  • Coordinating and maintaining stock levels for the data center and client projects.
  • Forklift Operator.
  • Data Center Information Management system data entry and auditing.
  • Queue management: Prioritization, scheduling, & resource assignment.
  • Create /Update/Complete assigned logistics tickets.
  • Must be of physical condition to support this physically demanding position including routine walking, climbing ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, crawling, climbing stairs and able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to adapt promptly to any change in working condition and to get problems resolved without delay.
  • Ability to perform excellently even when under work pressure, especially in times when shipment or inventory deliveries are forgotten or delayed.
  • Ability to comprehend written materials easily.
  • Ability to relate across departments connected to the warehouse, and with other members of staff within working environment.
  • Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and get them resolved without any hitch or glitch.
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years' Experience with warehouse Operations and Inventory Management.
  • Minimum 2 year's Experience using request management software.
  • Minimum 2 years fast and accurate typing skill.
  • Minimum 2 years using Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Minimum 2 years with the use of the computer, especially packages relating to inventory.

Desired Skills:

  • First-aid/CPR skills a plus.
  • OSHA 10 certified a plus.
  • Knowledge reading technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of copper and fiber structured cabling industry standards, devices and designs.
  • Knowledge of server, storage, and network equipment.
  • Forklift Operator.
  • Experience using a DCIM tool.
  • Experience with data center warehouse logistics.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
