Senior Proposal Coordinator

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years or relevant experience; or a Master's degree and no experience.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word.
• Adept at proposal coordination and management.
• Knowledge of U.S. Government contracting and acquisition practices.
• Considerable understanding of business and technical strategies as they relate to business growth.

• Proficient in the use of SharePoint and/or Microsoft Teams collaborative TeamSites.
• Microsoft Office Word Specialist certification.
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (FAR/DFARS) and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) proposals.
• Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) clearance.

What else you should know:

• Being clearable for a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Intelligence Community Top Secret security clearance is highly desired. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
• Travel as much as 25% is required for assigned proposals, nominally for two-week periods at a time.
• Overtime may be required to complete proposal tasks on time, as necessary.

Target salary range: USD $70,257.80/Yr. - USD $76,021.10/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
